Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Your Information
By placing an order with TAMBOURINE, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian permission to buy from us. When placing an order with us, you will be asked to provide specific information. Email and shipping address will be handled by us exclusively to ensure the correct delivery of the purchased products. Credit card information will be handled and securely stored by Stripe. You have the right to request us to delete or correct the information held about you.
We ship all orders from Aarhus, Denmark, and we ship worlwide. The books are carefully packed and shipped in protective card board boxes to avoid damage during shipping. You can expect your order will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. The approximate time scales are as follows:
Denmark: 3-5 days.
EU: 7-14 days.
Rest of the World: 14-21 days.
International orders may be susceptible to customs duty depending on the legislation of each country, for which Tambourine is not responsible. When placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept this.
If your order has not arrived in this time, please contact us at tambourine.biz@gmail.com and we will advise you accordingly.
Payments can be processed by credit card. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Once the payment is made, you will receive one email confirmation of your order with the details of your order. Once the order is precessed you will receive another email with a tracking number.
Returns Policy
Goods can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. You may return goods only if they are received damaged, or if the incorrect item was delivered. Please contact us at tambourine.biz@gmail.com before returning the goods. Once we receive your item, you will be refunded the costs of the goods, minus the original shipping costs.
